ZAMS has carved up a niche market and lifestyle projects such as 2 blocks, 388 units luxurious, up market condominium Hampshire Residences in a prime wooded enclave within Kuala Lumpur City Centre overlooking KLCC Park and close proximity to the KLCC Twin Towers. ZAMS also takes care of maintenance in Hampshire for 2 years before being taken over by the Joint Management Body.
Apart from that, ZAMS also manages the facility at small town garden house at Johor Bahru, namely Riviera Courtyard Homes from 2006 until 2008.
